In a detailed discussion it was noted that the undersupply had the following reasons: l. The district collection centre Moravia had considerably overestimated the seizure in the main supply area, 2. The district collection centre Moravia and the dispatch distribution company Deutsche Land- zentrale G.m.b.H. followed the wishes of local services, excluding the instructions and guidelines of the only responsible Bohemian-Mährische Verband for the garden and viticulture industry. Cases of a similar kind have occurred in Moravia even in earlier times. In order to avoid cases of this kind in the future, it is necessary that the supply of fresh fruit and vegetables complies with the way laid down by the market organization provisions. The supply plan is drawn up in accordance with the guidelines of department VI of the German Ministry of State by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Bohemian-Mährische Verband für die Garten- und Weinbauwirtschaft. The supply is carried out by the Böhmisch-Märischen Verband for the garden and viticulture industry. the territorial collection centres which he uses to record the goods and to place them on the market in accordance with his instructions, 2. the trade stages which he employs (distributor, large-scale distribution of reception space and small distribution units) which the goods must distribute according to his instructions. L Since the German supply has played a significant role in this matter, the distribution system in B r n is to be reviewed and, if necessary, amended. In particular, it is to be examined to what extent the monopoly position of the German Landzentrale G.m.b.H., which damages the interests of the major German distributors in Germany, can be eliminated. In the latter case, a cooperation was agreed between the party liaison body and the Bohemian-Lährische Association for the Garden and Wine Industry, with the involvement of the Central Association of Trade. The German Minister of State's representative to the Böhmisch-Mihrische Verband für die Garten- und Weinbauwirtschaft has instructions to submit this matter to the Head of Division VI for decision.
