Subject:Karl Krüger,Stabskapitän der fähm.chechoslov.Wehr makes, before the captain of the Austrian-ung-Armee, now Aktuarobersresident der andeamt in Prague, request for the opening of a procedure for the protection of honor. Reference:Reparation Decree of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour dated 3 October 1962, No. A-V/l-2l.9l1 Pers.Versorg.26/9 42. Attachments:l On presentation of a copy of the completion of my request for reparation, I ask for the order of a procedure for the protection of my honor. My motion is based on the fact that I feel that the way in which my motion for reparation has been dealt with, and that I see in the statements on the grounds of rejection an intention to put my mind in a doubtful light. To leave this situation unexplained, I cannot agree with my concepts of honour, for which reason I, for the protection of my honour, ask for the initiation of an exhaustive procedure and submit to the following explanations: 1/ I was born on 7 November 19884 in Budweis, am entitled to live there myself, visited Budwei's deutsche schools, graduated the k.u.k Cadet School in Cash desk/Hungary/and with the expulsion on l8/8 l906, entered the career of the infantry officer at k.uk.I.R.No.7i. During the World War I was repeatedly honored. In June l9l6 I was promoted to captain in front of the enemy for special bravery. As a result of my suffering, I was assigned l/l l9l7 to the gendarmerie as a substitute publicer and served in the capacity of the Gendarme Division Commander until March lğl9. For excellent service in this use I was awarded the Signum Laudis and appointed to be definitively taken over by the Gen Darmerie Officer Corps. 2/ The break-down of the monarchy has had an effect on the economy. The professional officers have been removed from the oath and asked to make themselves available to the National Councils of the States of Succession. tS.TA-2/43
