C Prague, 6 January 1941. K.H. with 1o attachments sent to Mr. Sc h n e i d e r. I request to create a file in which all processes which are completed by the Office of the Imperial Protector or by the SD-RF4 contain proposals for the conduct of the popular struggle in the Protectorate for Bohemia and Moravia are recorded in chronological order. The collection of the proceedings is necessary because the Secretary of State will shortly be discussing the matter and therefore it must be ensured that all the relevant material can be submitted to the Secretary-General.
