V1 Secret Group I 1 Proposals for the preparation of Germanization (re-population) in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia 1. Principles During the entire policy in the Bohemian-Moravian region, especially in the area of popular politics, some guiding principles and findings must always be observed. They are therefore put to the attention of the remarks: A) The aim of the entire German language has to be: Mögliehst all parts of the present-day population in the Bohemian-Mauritian region are considered to be racially valuable after strict selection. In the interest of the German becoming of space and man, no one whose German language is really of value must be lost. All measures must be taken in such a way that even in today's people, who are still hostile but racially well-known as valuable, a repopulation readiness can arise, or that the children of such families can be brought to the repopulation. In the interest of the future German people in today's protectorate area, it is necessary to demand that Germanisation takes place without internal crack, without breakage of personality. Therefore, a forced population is excluded. The admission into the German community must therefore restrict one by holding and performance to the possibility of repopulation (especially the external conditions and the inner openness of the people) and also to allow the natural forces to play. No entry by force, only an optional admission, selection. One could speak of a "directed natural selection". B) In many cases, the measures of Germanification will have to be carried out on the ground of the Old Reich (especially in West=, Southwest= and South Germany). Also from other areas of the Reich (outside the Protectorate), especially from the East, 1O6-N-5
