36 Dear Mr. Secretary of State, today we would like to point out and draw attention to the greatest danger facing today's new regime in the Protectorate by Czech legionaries, who mercilessly murdered German friends in the world war on all fronts, especially in Zborov, Bachmachmache and Siberia. They were richly rewarded by the Czechoslovak Republic after their return from captivity. They were included in the service process for a number of legionnaire years, for some and l5 years into service. This means that a billionaire according to the actual years of service is to receive a month of l600 K, but in fact, due to the legionan years, they also receive several thousand, thus the state is deprived annually by millions of them. We reasonable immediately after the coup claimed the good- freely to cooperate with the Germans, while these legionnaires were spreading whispered pro- paganda by the enemy Reich and the harmful Protectorate. While loyal to the new regime at 55 years of age were retired with slim penses, legionans- still sit in their seats, they receive fat salaries because they are acquitted by the higher states. Officials, many of whom are also legionners who hold a protective hand over them as loyal adherents and supporters of the former regime of Eduardo Beneš. Legionists, often without any higher education, were to the detriment of peaceful conditions even in the Government's army, where they spread anti-state anegdotes about the leaders of today's Germany and spread whispered propaganda to the welfare of military discipline, which does not serve especially in the days of the next good measure of the army to Reich and becomes as well its dangers. Remove from all public offices both from the league and from the Government's army, for there will be conditions that guarantee peaceful coexistence with the Germans that we all desire.
