In Annex (l) a copy of a decree of the Minister of Labour of 5 July 1939 on the promotion of the transfer of wives of Czech workers transferred to the Reich is sent. This erlas: has been notified by OLR-Amt Deutsch-Brod to the district authorities. As annex (2), a letter from the command officer to the security police is sent, by which he informs a number of German departments, that the Reichsführer-SS has until further notice strictly forbidden the withdrawal of the families of Czechs employed in the Reich. On the basis of the wording of the prohibition, it is the impression that this is not a measure based on the present political situation, but rather a manifestation of the fundamental position of the RFS in relation to the settlement of the Czech families, to which, therefore, the Reich Protector stands in contrast according to the reasons of the Reich's Minister of Labour.
