41a responsibilities were transferred from motor vehicles, which were formerly made available to the Wehrkorps of Czech motorists, but which belonged to the former Czech Wehrmacht, to protective detention. These motor vehicles became the property of the German Wehrmascht with the 15.3.1939. There is a possibility to dismiss S t r a n s k y in the course of the dismissal action ordered by the Obergruppenführer for those socolfunctionalists against whom there is no special material. From this point of view, this dismissal would only be proposed if, for political reasons, there was a sense of favour to the M a l y p e t r, who intervened for his son-in-law.
