Rudl, in agreement with me, spoke with Minister Klumpar about the Czech workers' magazine "český dělník". The view expressed in the report by Klumpar that there is no interest in the newspaper and that he has already made a statement in this regard to Mr. Ministerial Councillor Dr. von Gregory and myself seems to me to be due to a strong overestimation of his area of competence.
