This is the new social and economic policy which corresponds to the new view on the functions of the working and people's community in terms of wages and salaries. Pest prices and just wages are the pillars on which the internal politics of the empire is based, which not only does not leave this policy, but also expands it at a time when all forces are tensed to a victorious and soon ending of the war imposed upon the empire. On the ground of this social and morally most just policy, the population of the Protectorate has also been present for the past few years. It is important to be aware of this fact and to act accordingly.
