48 32 In the case of the Albine Löw and Frieda Kunz, these are pregnancies of more than 6 months, which he has broken. Regarding the method used in pregnancy interruptions, the defendant Dr. Fritsch did in the same way as the defendants Dr. Kafka and Dr. Schöner. In the case of the Albine Löw, he eliminated the pregnancy by blasting the amniotic bladder, in another case he stimulated the pangs of birth by strong tamponade of the vagina. Without a certificate, Dr. Fritsch took 7 women's unauthorized interventions, while in 8 cases, of the women in charge of his pregnancy interruption, he imposed attestations. While some of the women were able to show such certificates by unknown doctors, he referred others to Karlovy Vary doctors such as Dr. Werner, Dr. Knöspel, Dr Kettner, Dr Eisenberger etc. The defendant then performed the procedure on the basis of such certificates, without further convincing himself of the correctness of the given diagnoses. These pestilences arise on the basis of his own admission, as well as on the grounds of the statements of the women he acts, further on the ground of the indicated indications and the entries also brought to the reading in the operating books of the sanatorium Fink. Pritsch is responsible for the fact that at that time, that is to say at the time of the former Chechoslo-wakei, he had a view of the fruit abduction due to the general time relations. Interventions had not been the case, so he had dealt with Dr. Cohn, the then owner of the sanatorium Fink, spoke about the case and, according to his opinion, interrupted pregnancy.
