The interruptions were made by the accused Jew Dr. Kafka either in his ordination in Karlovy Vary, Sprudelstraße, Haus "Goldener Helm" or in the Sanatorim Fink in Karlevy Vorderd. As a rule, he only used to eliminate pregnancies of women from former Czechoslovakia until three months old in his ordination, while he instructed women from the Old Reich to go to the sanatorium Fink in Karlovy Vary even in pregna- tions not more than three months of age, where he undertook the examination. He carried out the elimination of the pregnancies according to the different methods mentioned at the beginning. He usually eliminated pregnant women up to three months by scraping or scraping the uterus (curettage) after previous enlargement of the ovarian canal by means of metal pins. In three and four months old pregnancies, the so-called caesarean section ( sectio vaginalis ) was used from the vagina with subsequent eviction of the uterus.
