13a 2 of my circular dated 7.5.1942 (MBliv.p.995). However, as already indicated in point 1, the presentation of the departure certificate must be made as soon as possible. For the subsequent issue of the departure certificate, it is advisable to retain a double copy of the "identification for persons who have been killed by fire" or to record the repatriated persons prior to their departure (e.g. in the collection and collection centres). Advance payments made by the host municipality, the delivery of food cards and reference vouchers on the back of the entry note shall be noted. II. Since the certificate of departure in the host area is to be used as a complete document as possible in the resolution as to whether and to what extent eviction family maintenance can be granted, it seems appropriate, in the light of experience, to amend in some respects the model of departure certificate which has been applied so far in accordance with my circular of 2.5.1994l. II I attach to the annex a copy of an extended model of the departure certificate. This envelope contains information on the residence of the transferee since that date, information on advance payments granted and, for example, permitted as emergency aid. Furthermore, a reference to the circulars of 2.5.1941 - I Ra 985/42 II - 220 - and of 25.7.1942 (MBliV. s.1567 ff) has been included in the departure certificate for commercial convenience. Furthermore, the wording of the departure document has been different with regard to the cancellation of the receipt of the food cards. The addition to the heading of the certificate of departure, as ordered in my circular of 14.1.1942 - I Ra 12/42 - l1c - is in accordance with my circular from 27.7.1942 - Ira 2178/42-220 U - amended to "Departure certificate No .7 for an official approved - with official consent (acknowledgement)".
