On October 13, 1939, and reads as follows: "Der Neue Tag' announces that in Reichsgesetzblatt, acts were declared on 9 October, under which those members of the Protectorate who are abroad may be deprived of the protectorate's authority and have committed acts which are capable of harming the interests of the Empire or of claiming the seriousness of the Reich, or disobeying the call of the Imperial Minister Vitra to return.
