In addition to the previous development, the Government Board confirmed that Secretary of State S t u k k a r t had occasionally informed his presence in Preg that such a regulation would only be in question wUOa 1.) The Council of Government then declared that Reiehsantaleiter H o f f m a n n officially waived a regulation for the velksdeuteschen Grganisationen. It was then amended by the decree, which was now received by letters from the Interior Ministry (duration of the telex from Berlin to Prague for two days), to supplement and implement the decree of the Chief of the Civil Administration of Army Group III of 26 July 1939 and of the Army Group V of 27 July 1939. Mr Mirz said in 1939, concerning the prohibition of injunctions on the assets of organizations.
