As a case in point, for example, the "federation of the railway workers" with its "support association Stephenson" is mentioned. This association has about 25 000 members, of whom about 6 000 are Germans. The management of the association is Czech. The German members constantly approach my representative in Prague, Pg. Sc h r ö - d e r, and ask for help. There can now be no conflict of assets, in particular with the support association which provides sickness and death benefit support. 6.) It is no longer possible to prevent that condition, which could be fortunately prevented in the Eastern Mark and Sudetenland, because several Reichsdeutsche organizations fall down on a contract in the Protectorate and each of these Reichsor- ganizations claims that this association must be associated with it under all circumstances. This argument, which cannot be avoided before the eyes of the Czechs, should have a clear effect as a German embarrassment in the public sphere. I very much regret this development, but cannot prevent it. I have taken note that you Pg.
