- 3 - to recognize for themselves their rights acquired in other trade unions, e.g. to take over, since there is no conflict with these old trade unions. 2.) The denominational associations, which, as you know, have been completely dissolved in the Sudetenland, now remain in the Protectorate and can offer an excellently well disguised opportunity for their further, highly undesirable activity for politically unreliable entities. 3.) I intended to deal with the foundations in the following ways: For all foundations, according to the key of population, the German and Czech proportions should be calculated. Of this German share, the funds allocated to the Sudetenland were then to be calculated and the remaining amount given to the Reichsprotector as a new foundation for the Reich Germans in the Protectorate in administration. Thus, the Reich Protector could very quickly have had a whole range of good and efficient structures depending on the purpose. In this context, I should like to point out that, at a meeting held in Prague last week, the Councillor for Foreign Affairs, who is working with you, expressed the senseless opinion that the Utraquist foundations would have to remain in place, since this would be a way of Germanizing them. 4.) All organizations, which, due to their multitude and futility, only fragment Germanism in the Protectorate, now remain, since they can only be dissolved by general assembly decision according to the current legal situation.
