26 - 2 - They swim in the liberalist waters. National socialist orientation is lacking. The Czechs systematically fight with their organizations the disparity and strive to bring the organisers together in a tight manner. The same must be done with the popular German organizations. From a political point of view, it does not matter whether the goal is achieved by means of a regulation or by way of a mandate to the Organization Group. It also plays no role to whom, for example, the assets collected in the dissolution of organisations, which cannot be accommodated by other organisations, are transferred. The fortune is intended to serve as the feed of the Germantumsfond. This will also be agreed with Reichsamtleiter SS-Standartenführer H o-f-m a n. Cf. the preparation of the deputy head of the group Organisation v.22.9. 1939 along with the draft decree on the dissolution, transfer and integration of ethnic German organizations in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. The Utraquist trade unions are to separate the assets created from the day the trade unions were founded by the People's Germans through the payment of contributions, etc., and to make them available to the DAF. The trade unions have, as it is well known, excluded all the Peoples' Germans from their organization. Here, too, the political purpose is paramount. It should be sufficient for an order from the Antes of the Reichsprotektor to the Protectorate Government to arrange for the trade unions to cooperate in the implementation of the dispute. The execution of the conflict would in turn be entrusted to the Organization Group. The Directorate of the Protectorate has repeatedly acknowledged its obligation to remedy the damage caused to the People's Germans either by itself or by the former Czecho-Slovak authorities.
