The regener- gation of the Protectorate can be achieved in three ways: soil reform, influence on cultural life and the removal of Czech influence from the economy. This must go hand in hand with the establishment of a cluster Germanism. Land reform finances itself.The influence on cultural life as well as the removal of Czech influence, from the economy - things that require strong monetary support - at the same time mean the establishment of German culture. In order to ensure monetary support, the formation of a fund by making available appropriate funds on the part of the Reichsfinanzmini- ster is indispensable. So far, the Reich's Finance Minister has not made significant funds available. In view of the stiffening of the situation in the Protectorate Db 1, the positive decision must be made immediately. In this case, it is necessary to gain clarity within the Office of the Lord Reichsprotektor as to which purpose the fund should have and 2) that only the Lord Imperial Protector can have the fund. This means that, except for the Court of Auditors of the German Reich, no other Reichsressort is to be held accountable for the use of the funds taken from the Fund. 2. The reorganization of the ethnic German organizations has long been the wish of the personalities familiar with the popular struggle in the Protectorate. The difficulties shown by the organizations supervising the "German House" in Prague are symptomatic of the state of the other ethnic German organisations.
