§1 The provisions of the Ordinance on the reorganization and resolution of organisations in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia of 1 June l939 / RGBL I, No.106 - 1939 of 15 June 1939, page l012 / also apply to the ethnic German organizations. _ /1/ Volksdeutsche Organisations within the meaning of this Regulation are all associations and organizations with and without legal personality, associations, foundations and funds and similar entities, which constitute a human group, as well as all institutions and enterprises connected with such organizations, whose number of members of Volksdeutsche amounts to more than 50% /2/ For all those organizations in which the membership of VolksGermans is less than 50%, the representative for organizations has the right to review their assets, these organizations are obliged to settle their assets in proportion according to the instructions of the commissioner for organizations. __ Organizations within the meaning of this Regulation also include professional associations of agriculture and forestry, but not market-regulating associations or associations of another economic branch. §_4 Execution and implementation provisions are issued by the Reichsprotektor for Bohemia and Moravia.
