It is not possible to reorganize these associations according to the principles of the National Socialist movement. At most, it can be left to the initiative of the German League of Singers to either bring these associations to dissolution or to join. Only by the way it should be pointed out that such wild associations in general have not been absent without reason from the national umbrella organizations. In the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia there are numerous cultural associations, such as the Verine "Deutsches Haus", which are due to their purely local character folk German associations. These clubs usually have a very considerable fortune and play an important role as the centre of Germanism. Due to the existing regulation, it is not possible to capture these associations and to anchor the influence of the National Socialist movement in a statutory manner. In all these cases, the NSDAP can only make its own efforts to "conquer" these associations at annual general meetings. It is an unworthy state for the National Socialist Germany if National Socialists are still dependent on conquering associations. The legal extension of the competence of the commissioner for organizations would easily and without legal or psychological difficulties determine the influence of the party in all these associations. There are also youth organisations which, because of their purely local character, have to be mentioned as national German organizations. Most welfare associations in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Mähern do not belong to an umbrella association. The Ns-Volkswohlfahrt has taken over all tasks of free welfare care in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia for the People's Germans, a existence of special welfare associations is therefore no longer justified in any way. Now, in a general meeting, any welfare association can make the decision to peddle up and distribute the assets among the members. There is no law and no action to prevent such a decision from being taken by the "aupt-ammlung".
