29 The Government Decree and the provision of Loo Mio. Kr. or Lo Mio. RM for lending is based on Group II - 4 - Labour= and Social= Affairs - with reference to the favourable Nul Mmvingad provisions. Now the protectorate government has carried out the alignment with the Reich regulations in a certain sense by the said government decree.
