E The Minister of the Reich Berlin, 14.11.1944 for Armor and War Production inlsteramt ZA/0rg 200 gen -312/44 FOL - 7. DEC 1944 ErlaB on the reorganization of the armaments organization in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. In order to summarise and intensify the war economy in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia as well as in view of the comprehensive mandate of the German Minister of State for Bohemia and the Moravian Republic to safeguard the interests of the Reich in the protectorate, I order to follow in agreement with the German State Minister for Böhmen and Moravia and the Chief of the High Command of the Wehrmacht: 1) As Chairman of the Armaments Commission for the Protectorates of Bohemia, Moravia, the Head of the Department of Economics and Labour in the German Ministry of the State for Böhm and Moravia, and Minister for Economics and Labor in the Governing Board of the Protectories of Bohemiaand Moravia, Dr. Walter B e r t s h with effect from 1.12.1944. 2) The arms inspection Prague and the Armaments Commands Prague I, Prague II and Brno are dissolved. 3) The former tasks of the Prague Arms Inspection and the Prague I, Prague II and Brno Arms Commands are transferred to the German Minister of State for Bohemia and Moravia, who can delegate them to the competent autonomous authorities according to the division of tasks between the German State Minister and the autonomous administration. With the exception of the transfer to the German Minister of State for Bohemia and Moravia, the tasks which must be transferred to the commander of the security police and the SD for reasons of civil defence remain the same.
