1) Prague, 8 April 1942 N i e d e r s c h r i f t ! As usual, the order of the 4-section XxxIX was sent by me to the Oberlandrat for the purpose of collecting the fuel pass cards. i-Unterscharführer Kubista came back with the notification that the cards could only be handed out if we presented all the car papers. I immediately called the petrol delivery point and pointed out to the director that this would be a mistake, because we would probably be a place of duty and not a private man. I got the answer that this had nothing to say and we had to present the car papers in any case, otherwise he could not hand us any fuel pass cards. Then I told him to remember that we were an H-service station and that the local passenger cars were registered by the RF-i and that it was an impossible condition for an i-service to be set at the same level with the Czechs. In very unfriendly tone he answered me that he could not care about this at all, since he had to comply with his regulations. I replied to him that this rule could never apply to a German department, to which I received the answer that he could not, in any case, hand us any fuel pass cards, if we did not present the car papers properly like any other. It should also be noted that I drew the attention of the ladder to the fact that I could not present the car documents for which a car would be on a journey to Reichenberg, and that I was asked whether there was a permit for this journey. I immediately replied that we are creating our own driving orders and that we also approve them ourselves. 4-Section XXXIX H-Sturmbannführer. A3 IV.1942 finlg.: MMN entrance at: fbt. Beatb. Führer S 7
