In his capacity as Higher IJ and Police Chief, the Secretary of State has decided that the 4-section XXXIX receives a monthly allocation of 100O liters of petrol. With this quantity, Section XXXIX must meet its own needs and those of the subordinate units, thus excluding the units concerned from the supply by the Oberlandrats. This provision has also been made in the neighbouring Oberabschni.tt Elbe and is considered by the Secretary of State to be reasonable and expedient.
