21 -6- the Director-General shall be invited to the meetings of the Advisory Council in due time and may attend or be represented at any Advisory Council meeting. (7) In appropriate cases, the Chairperson may invite the Advisory Board to vote in writing by means of circulars, in which case he shall inform each member of the advisory material. For the validity of a decision, at least eight members of the advisory board must take part in the written vote. (8) The members of the advisory board or the substitutes receive travel and meeting expenses for the meetings; for written opinions, fees; the amount of these expenses is determined by the board of directors of the institution. § 14 Tasks of the board. (1) The advisory board shall have the right of disclosure in all matters of the institution, insofar as this affects the regional office of Moravia-Silesia.Accordingly, it shall be informed of all decisions of general importance, as well as of an annual report on the state of play in general and on business development in the past year. The Advisory Council may, with the agreement of the supervisory authority, appoint experts for verification: the books, papers and the cash register of the Land Office of Moravia-Silesia.
