-8- § 13 The Advisory Council for Moravia-Silesia. (1) The Advisory Board for Moravia - Silesia consists of a maximum of 16 members and just as many substitutes. The term of office is 4 years. Advisory Board members can only be and remain insured persons of the institution who have completed the 25th year of life. Excluded are officials, employees and representatives of the institution, as well as persons employed in the administration or in the service of a private insurance undertaking. (2) The members of the Advisory Council and their alternate representatives shall be appointed by the deputy chairman of the Board of Directors, appointed by his successor, in agreement with the Reichsguardor, and whose special task shall be to supervise the institution's Moravian area of interest. The members of the Board of Directors, who come from the territory of the Moravian-Silesian Land Office, must be members ofthe Advisory Council as ordinary members. (3) The Advisory Council shall meet as necessary, at least once a year.The Rules of Procedure shall be adopted by the Chairperson of the Advisory Council. (4) The Chairperson shall convene the Advisory Board. He shall be appointed if eight members so request, stating the reasons for his request. Time and place of the meeting and the subject matter of the consultation shall be communicated by the Chairman to each member of the Council in sufficient time to enable him to notify a replacement in case of his disability. 5. The Advisory Council shall be quorum if all members are properly invited and at least eight members or their substitutes are present. Decisions shall be taken by a simple majority of the present.
