-8- § 13 The Advisory Council for Moravia-Silesia. (1) The Advisory Board for Moravia - Silesia consists of a maximum of 16 members and just as many substitutes. The term of office is 4 years. Excluded are officials, employees and representatives of the institution, as well as persons employed in the administration or in the service of a private insurance undertaking.
