570 Design Appendix 2 232 Verification of driving instructors, driving schools and their teaching equipment by the NS-Kraftfahrkorps (NskK); co-operation of the latter in the admission of new driving schools or driving instructor. 1. In the interest of a proper training of drivers, I transfer to the NSS-Kräftfahrkarps (NSKK) the inspection of driving teachers, their training equipment and programs. The Road Transport Group, which is reported by the NSKK on inappropriate or unreliable driving schools, instructors or training facilities, shall make its decisions in accordance with existing legislation. 2. Before issuing a new training permit (driver's licence) or a licence to set up a driving school, the Road Transport Group is well aware of the NSKK. In doing so, a review of the applicant, his teaching material and his training programme within the meaning of paragraph 1 of this Regulation is left to the discretion of the NCK.
