In agreement with the NSK liaison leader, Obergruppenführer Müller-Seyffert, I have agreed the following guidelines for monitoring motorized transport of the war economy . (a) permanent checks, (a special checks, c) individual investigations. A) Organisation: 1. The NskK's clerk for the control service is the NSKK liaison leader of the motor group to the group road traffic (to the Nbv). 2. The Reichsfülhrer SS and head of the German police will issue service cards for the leaders assigned to the NskkK control service in the Reichsministeriun des Inneren. 3.
