Draft Appendix 227 Sh Review of driving instructors, driving schools and their teaching equipment by the NSKK (NS-Kraftfahrkorps); Co-operation of the latter in the admission of new driving schools, and driving teachers. 1. In the interest of a proper training of drivers, I transfer to the NS-Keaftfahrkarps (NSkk) the follow-up of driving teachers, their training equipment and programs. The review shall be carried out by designated Special Representative of Nskk. J d e or unreliable driving schools, instructors or training facilities, shall take their decisions in accordance with existing legal provisions. 2. Before issuing a new training permit (driver's licence) or a licence to set up a roadworthiness school, the Road Transport Group is well aware of the NSKK. In doing so, a review of the applicant, his teacher's training programme and his/her training programme within the meaning of paragraph 1 of this Regulation is left to the discretion of the NCK.
