C Party Liaison Office Prague IV, 23 February 1943 Burg, Nordflügel, Tel. 60141-49, App.3626. Mr. Secretary of State The Belehishaber of the SS-Groupenfihrer K.H. Fr a n k u. SD 272 2 Prag IV, 2.6. 11. 1943 328/13 B. S. B. N. Czernin-Palais. Schu/Ka. Subject: Your letter dated 15 February 1943. The nomination of the party member S t e i n s d ö r e r as the representative of the Party in the Commission, which has to deal with the concentration of commercial and commercial enterprises in the Protectorate, was communicated to me by an order of SS-Oberführer Dr. B e r t s c h. Neither the head of my business department, Party comrade Dr. A d o 1 f , I too had been informed of this appeal by the party comrade Steinsdörfer, I have raised my concerns with the party member Dr. G i e s that I explained that Steindörfen was not an employee of the party liaison office and for this reason could hardly deal with matters relating to the entire protectorate. Steinsdörfer is a district judge and, in this capacity, exponent of the district administration of Prague. I then asked that the full-time employee of the economic department of the party liaison office, party comrade Dr. H a s s o 1 d , be named or at least also included in the Commission. Having learned that you personally attach importance to seeing Steinsdörfer in this Commission, I have put my concerns behind me, but I have proposed the form which would enable Steindürfer to resign from his post as local group leader, in which district head still remains district judge, but also to be called to the party liaison office, in order to appoint him from the party's liaison office then as material officer for concentration questions.
