-2- of the NSkK in these tasks is possible only in limited unfänge with a crack on the specially stored obstacles in the Frendvölkisches Raim. In particular, it is the lack of German people in Bühmen and Kühren, which excludes it at least for the duration of the Krlege, the activity of the nškK at protectorate as well as in the rest of the Reich. Otherwise, a large number of German people from the administration and economy, but especially from the protective armaments industry, which is at full speed, were constantly withdrawn and, if only temporarily, withdrawn from the military use. On the other hand, the Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour, the Armaments Inspector, the Rüistungsobmann für Bühmen und Mären and other bodies have repeatedly praised my protest and stressed once again that work in the armaments industry seems more important than, for example, carrying out transport controls on the road. I must agree with this view without reservation, and I therefore ask you, in general, to limit the activity of the NskK to the utmost extent; such controls are carried out by the sitonomous executive bodies under German supervision. On the other hand, I believe that the NSkk's transport assistance service on the transit roads, which would involve few forces, could prove to be a useful supplement to the state measures. There is nothing in principle to prevent the NSKK from participating properly in the process of switching to generator drive; however, I would like to thank you for coordinating your actions with the person responsible for local transport in this respect. Finally, I welcome Three at the meeting on 1.6. expressed willingness to take action in the event of a disaster.
