-3- 00 u In repetition of my previous orders, I issued the attached circular today, although I am convinced that my employees working in the Protectorate have followed the previous orders and are also oriented towards the political needs in such a way that they would hold it under their dignity to apply the Czech labour force for the winter relief work of the German People. If an error should be found somewhere and a Czech company has received a printing form in individual cases, it is natural that such an error, if it is detected, can be corrected, just as I told you a few days ago that you were personally advertised in the context of the company donation, although you had answered the advertisement by drawing a larger amount. The allegation made to me in your letter of a completely politically wronged procedure is quite unpleasant and I am glad that it must prove to be a mistake. If you attach great importance to this, Mr. Secretary of State, I am at your disposal, or one of your staff, with all the material of my previous orders, which demonstrate the validity of what has been said. I would ask you to take note of my opinion and I am convinced that you will, on occasion, also inform my colleague of this situation. As soon as you intend to capture the entire Czech workforce in a special collection process, for example in the form of the victim of wages and salaries, it would, however, be necessary to create a clear demarcation. I am convinced that the Reichsbeauftragter for the Winterhilfswerk is also willing to give in to voluntary donations of Czech workers to prevent overlaps. I allow myself to greet you most sincerely.
