In this context, the additional supply of German retailers also found a scheme for a loose labour market initiated by the retail industry group. In the raven of the organisations, the stiffening of the Czech attitude emerged in cooperation with individual Czech officials. Thus, this resistance was evident in the behaviour of the Czech managing director of the Dr.Škarda Food Industry Virtue Group, who, among other things, said that the representation of the déutsche in the protectorate industry did not correspond to their real strength ratio. Efforts have also been made to gradually independentise the sections, thereby depriving them of the tight leadership of the virtuous group. Investigations on the board of Prague's sales team have led to the detection of corruption cases. In this context, the previous Secretary General, Dr. Čepela, was arrested and charged with the l5 crime. It was already the case, however, that various bodies were trying to conceal and delay this matter. The appointed government commissioner lacked the necessary energy to intervene in this matter because of his advanced age.
