Pretreatment. a) All special treatment cases must be dealt with as thoroughly as they should be accelerated. The facts must be presented in a clear, concise form. Reasons for execution must be stated. b) In the case of foreign people, the special regulations must be observed, according to which some special documents must be attached (compensation on Germanisation, etc.). (c) Proposals for special treatment for Germans and members of stamens-equal breeds must contain information on family relations (number of children), the profession and political and criminal previous life. In addition, the following must be added: l. a newer photograph, 2. a character assessment, 3. an updated criminal record extract. II. an order. a) The execution is ordered by means of a quick letter or FS to the responsible state police department, and the commander of the security police and the SD. This department has to be informed of the order: 1. the higher 4 and the police leader, 2. the commander, the inspector of the safety police and SD. The order is drawn by the Chief of the Office IV of the RSHA. or by a special envoy. b) If the execution is carried out in the KL, the state police department shall immediately contact the camp commander and communicate the date of transfer of the prisoner. At the same time, it shall forward a copy of the execution order to the latter. (c) at the request of the Head of the Office of the Court of Justice, confirmed court judgments shall also be carried out without the direction of the RSHA;
