27a 4 - In the interior of buildings, the removal of the splashes has caused difficulties when the splashing gets into the cracks and joints of skirts, window and door coverings, etc., and is difficult to identify externally. In such cases, the areas concerned must be exposed and cleaned with scrubbers, spatulas and brushes under water application, preferably with soda water. To this end, the cleaning measures are monitored by the SHD or carried out by it itself. Special care must also be taken to clean the footwear with the fire mass. The fire mass adheres to the footwear, especially easily in the booked out between heel and sole and in the seam edge between sole and upper leather. The footwear is to be thoroughly cleaned in the sutures as long as nit scrub brush and wet sand, until all permeable phosphorus traces (feel, steam, glows in the dark) have disappeared. Garments sprayed with fire must be immediately deposited and placed in water. They must be freed from the splashes under water by brushing, etc. If a larger number of garments are to be cleaned, the cleaning is carried out in a suitable way in an existing cleaning facility (e.g. a place for the detoxification, a detoxification park). Special care must be taken to clean the equipment used in accordance with point 6 dcs leaflets for the certificate issued on 18 October 1941. In addition to the measures described in the information sheet on the effects and control of phosphorus canisters of 18.10.1941 in point 4, the following measures have been used as a first aid: a treatment of the skin with oil (lubricating oil, paraffin oil, etc.) is particularly effective. 16560 - 5
