Transport of Jews with hire-omnibuses and trucks is usually only possible in the case of the incomplete employment of Jews and others. A single application from the employer of the Jews must be submitted to the issuing authority. The use of vehicles on inland and sea waterways must also be limited to the most necessary extent. Likewise, air transport is fundamentally closed to the Jews. Only in particularly compelling exceptional cases can a derogation be made, whereby it is still left to Lufthansa to exclude the Jews for reasons of transport technology, even in the presence of a police permit of the Jew to air traffic in accordance with the previous regulation. If this possibility of exclusion on the part of Lufthansa is not given, this must be notified in writing in good time. From the transport by excursion carriage (§ 39 . Paragraph 2 aa0.) and use of land forces (§ 2 paragraph 5 aaO.) the identified Jews are completely excluded. If it is necessary at all to have a licence to use means of transport, the Jews are therefore, as a rule, on the use of railways, roadways (Section II, paragraph 1 of the Law on the carriage of persons on land of 6.12.1937 RGBl.
