Infringements of orders or prohibitions (Sections V, 1 to 12), which have been dismissed by the Protectorate authorities in connection with the commander of the security police on 1 September 1941, still failed to comply with the penal sanctions of the Protcktorate. However, copies of such notices shall be submitted without delay to the competent state police station, which shall be required to take further protective measures.
