Two members of the Advisory Council have been appointed on a proposal from Hermann Göring-Werke; the third member of the advisory board is, on my proposal, the respective Oberlandrat - Inspector in Moravian-Ostrava. At the moment, this function is carried out by 4-Obersturmbannführer Dr. Jonak. Before the Reichsprotektor gave his consent to the conclusion of the works contract, it was established that all essential human and organizational measures taken by Hermann Göring's works in the area of the Witkowitzer Werke, as far as they have political significance - and this will be the case in the Regel - require the approval of my representative in the advisory board. Moreover, the Reichskommissar für das Enemyververlässe stated that, in the event of a vote by my commissioner in the advisory board, he would take his decision only in agreement with me. These provisions were necessary in the interest of considering the particular political conditions of the area.
