The Witkowitzer Werke (Witkoitzer Bergbau- und Eisenhüttengesellschaft), whose Jewish owners Guttmann and Rothschild, handed over their trade union luxury to an English society before the outbreak of the war, have been headed since 1939 by Kuchinka, Director General from the Ostrava region. The creation of these works within the production of arms naturally resulted in close cooperation with the Reichswerke Hermann Göring. The various efforts to establish this bond in an orderly manner led to the conclusion in 1943 of a business transfer contract between Witkowitzer Werke and Hermann Göring- Werke, according to which Hermann Gö Ring-Werke took over the management of the entire assets and the administration of the Witcowitzer union, and the supervision of the implementation of this contract was entrusted to an administrator appointed by the Reichskommissar für das Enemymögenmügen in Berlin.
