Director General Kuchinka intends to reply to the order of the State Council Pleiger approximately in the sense that he finds Dr. Nowak is without doubt one of the leading and politically significant personalities in Witkowitz, after Hermann Göring's works made an explicit commitment at the conclusion of the business management contract, before any important personnel change, which could have political consequences, to obtain the consent of the German State Minister for Bohemia and Moravia, but in this case no such consent had yet been obtained, he had to wait for this declaration of the Minister of State before he could respond to the request of the State Council Pleiger. Kuchinka wants to add that since the conclusion of the company management contract, he has become aware that the German Minister of State actually wants to use his rights to engage in important personnel or political changes in Witkowitz. He therefore had to take account of this agreement between Hermann Göring's works and the German Ministry of State. On this occasion, thanks to the experience in the region of Ostrava, it should be pointed out once again that the constant efforts of Hermann Göring's works to bring about largely personal and structural changes in the management of the works of Witkowitz will, unfortunately, all too surely lead to political concern for Czech followers.
