L8 Reception of the workers' delegation on 1 5 March 1983. There are 25 workers whose name list has already been handed over by Pg. Köster. By far the majority of the employees are members of the works committees. Some of the manual workers were also appointed as speakers during the last speaker action in the framework of the factory break events. The address, which is brought to the reading by the workers and then handed over, has also been presented in the text of Pg. Köster. For the further procedure I propose the following: "I thank you for submitting your declaration and the delivery of this address, that you gave me in the name of the workers of Bohemia and Moravia. I have received your explanation with special interest. The working party has shown so far that it has the honest will to recognize the given conditions and to fulfil the requirements of war through its labor use. This war is also conducted for the Czech worker. Only after a victorious end to the war will the Czech worker also be able to rise in social terms, as provided for in our programme. Shortly after the integration of Bohemia and Moravia into the empire Dodtaiee broke out of the present war, she also put social work in Bohemia and Mähren immediately under the constitution of the war xtde and thus of course by far not the Aus- RyonWo measure achievable, which was intended. Nevertheless, I have tried to do justice to the performance of the Czech worker, as far as the war conditions allowed. I would just like to mention a few examples and point out that we have created considerable protection against exploitation in the field of homework and have also endeavoured to achieve a fair remuneration in this sector through the establishment of the charging centres. We have also launched a large-scale community catering service in order to provide the worker with a freshly prepared meal during his working hours. The daily registrations prove to me that the establishment of this community kitchen was correct.
