English Translation
"Thank you for submitting your statement and the address you gave me on behalf of the workers of Bohemia and Moravia. I have received your statement with particular interest. Until now, the working class has shown that it has the honest will to recognize the given conditions and to fulfil the requirements of the war through its work. This war is also waged for the Czech worker. Only after a victorious end of the war will the Czech Amv workers be able to achieve a social rise, again planned in our program. Shortly after the integration of Bohemia and Moravia into the empire, the great war broke out. As a result, the social arbéit in Bohemia and Moravia was immediately placed under the law of war and thus, of course, the extent of socialism that was supposed to be achieved could not be achieved. Nevertheless, I tried to achieve the performance of the Czech Republic.
