I believe that it is my duty to inform you, by referring to yesterday's solemn oath concerning the President's rally with the leader in Berlin, of the following: from the time that you took over the leadership of the Office - now Ministry - for People's Enlightenment, I did not fail in any case to present to you the planned political rallies of the President, since I am well aware that for them the Protectorate Government and in the first row you are responsible. I would have done so before leaving for Berlin and during the stay there if a rally had been considered at all. It was obvious to me, however, that the President of the Republic of Berlin would not make any political demonstrations.On the other hand, I must say that no one, Mr Minister, has drawn my attention to the fact that the president of all the rallies has always spoken to whom and to whom.
