Although we do not fight with the rifle in hand, we should and want to form a safe hinterland that fights for the victory of the empire and a new Europe with the ploughshare, with the hammer and with the spirit. None of those who have left our people in their difficult hours of fate, and especially none of them who have entered the service of those that have betrayed us, has the right to speak into our inner affairs. The government rejects any interference from Beneš-led Czech emigration into our affairs and the incitements of foreign emigrant radio. It is under your maturity and your sense of responsibility to listen to the fantastic lies. Be deaf to foreign and emigrant broadcasting propaganda! All those who do not obey will be ruthlessly held to account. The helper of the slanderous propaganda of foreign countries and the propaganda of Czech emigration is the whisper propaganda. It is equally criminal and dangerous for the fate of the people and is also persecuted with the sharpest penalties. In the interests of the whole people, rise up energetically against those who assist the foreign Hasardeurs, and against their Jewish helpers! Give yourself to your own work and make an effort to make it even better! Don't speak superfluous! Don't worry about matters whose direction belongs solely to the President and the Government! Let's gather around our Presidents in a unified working community!
