English Translation
4La The expenditure for items 1 and 2 is based on the standards set out there, as well as on the Government Decree of 1 July I928, Coll. l24 and on the corresponding Government Decrees on the Excise Allowances /the Reg.Vdg. of 1 April 194l, pp. l26/. The expenditure in Item 3 is based on numerous Court decrees, in particular the decrees of the Court Chancellery of 6 October 1789 /for Bohemia/ and of 9 October 1784 /for Moravia and Silesia/. These obligations arose largely from the prohibition of the previous kind of maintenance of religious societies, or as a result of partial cameraing of the property of the latter. In addition, subsidies are also paid from this item to pastors in the Taubstummenanstalten and on the basis of the individual permits at that time. Expenditure on Item 4 has its support in the Law No.115/1918 RGBl., and of 20 May 1930, Coll. No. 70; or of 23 June 1936, Col. No.182. The issue of Item 5 is based on the Law of 15 October 1925, Coll, No. 221. 1 With regard to the expenditure referred to in item 6, it is noted that these are decrees of the foundations which have long been founded on eternal times and which have been taken over by the Religion Fund and which are intended for soul fairs, poor widows and the like. These are rewards for the service of the seminar boards and for over-numerous hours of professors at theological educational institutions. In addition, from this post, the priests for pastoral care in the district prisons will receive rewards for the administration of the churches and buildings of the Czech religious fund in Prague. 37463
