hh - 40 - 46) Re-introduction of the old Austrian method, whereby as a maximum percentage of the free copies lo %, i.e. l free copies on lo coupons was requested, whether this was carried out however, I do not know, since in the "Knihkupec" there was no more note about it, but on the basis of some samples I could determine that various Czech school book publishers did not stick in their school books any control certificates. The rules therefore do not seem to be uniform; the books of the poor and the pupils are, of course, available in most cases, in addition to these free pieces of arms, a certain amount, although often not high, for reading textbooks. It is clear that these libraries keep their books as long as possible, even if a new edition has now been published. As a result, some textbooks in the library have so many copies that the whole class can be considered with this book if the years are worse. In most cases, the textbook is also lent to all pupils, so that even the average pupils for this schoolbook as buyer are no longer eligible. The damage to the book trade is openly revealed here. However, this is not the only damage done by the poor libraries.
