We see, therefore, that the legal requirements are not too high and that it remains entirely overburdened by the authority, whether and to whom they grant the concession or sometimes do not want to grant it. Both book trade organizations, the 19) 17) German and the Czech therefore wage a sharp struggle for recognition of their demands. Before 20) the right of opposition of the bodies must be maintained and extended.
