The historian of the Austrian book trade Carl Junker wrote about this:- "The trade order had entered into force and with it the facti privilege of the book trade had been abolished. He remained "concessional", but in the liberal Aera this was at least almost equivalent to freedom 15 for Vienna." Denbch is a fundamental difference between this now-to-be-broken concession system and the old privilege system. "While that had left itself to the design of the numerical relationship between the consumer and the trader, İńdén/éś/déú/Bžázžé/éèś/ubérliéżs//dáż/, the latter basically reversed the relationship by leaving it to the state to determine the correct relationship of the 16) individual sectors of the business." Despite the concession, the Austrian book trade had to fight constantly against attacks not only by private, but also by state-lither enterprises. The most common articles - textbooks, legal editions, schemes, etc. - formed a state monopoly, which only succeeded in breaking through 1664 (see page 5 of this work). Hungary had developed quite differently than in the Austrian part of the double monarchy.
