18 - 19 - In winter, the defendant Exnar purchased l940/4l on a duty journey, which he carried out as a gendarme of on-call duty, from an unknown butcher in Gutenfels 6 pig halves in total weight of about 150 to 200 kg at the price of 3300 or 3400 K. He took over the meat at the agreed hour after dark on open roads into the service car, then put it in his service room at the gendarmerie station in Königgrätz and sold it to his relative Zdarek, a Prague innkeeper, with profit to comrades. On 21.6.194l and 9.7.194l he obtained 50 kg of pork meat from the butcher Keprta from Kiemwald and again brought it among his comrades for a fee for distribution.He had packed this meat in ruten baskets, by means of a service car to Königgrätz. The defendant Macoun regularly moved from Königgrätz to Prague in May 1994l until he was transferred to Prague, but occasionally later on until the spring of 1942, from Exnar, Branny, Mêstecky and Dobfensky, according to a number of reports, a total of 60 to 70 kg of meat at prices of 20 to 30 K per kg, about 20 kg of butter for his own consumption and another 30 kg of bread, which he took with him in the official car to Prague and sent there to the Landesgendarmeriekommando for distribution. The defendants Pavlik, Filka and Horak are stationed at the road control service in Königgrätz.In the early and summer months of 1994 some of them themselves, partly from comrades, mostly from the defendants Mêstecky, Dobfensky and Krejêa, have blackened meat and selenium in small individual quantities, namely Pavlik and Filka in total about lo to 15 kg, Horak about 12 to l8 kg. The defendant Vaña-Semaka received various items of meat before the introduction of the trade mark obligation for sausage, i.e. before the l0.6.1940, from the GendarmerieOberwachtmeister Doleżal in Senftenberg.
