From the prohibition on the execution of unapproved Prague certificates issued to the establishments in accordance with paragraph 2, I ask you to also inform your subordinate departments and to instruct them once again, with a view to doing so, to strictly comply with the authorization requirement when planning and ordering surveys. In the light of the fact that there has recently been a significant increase in the number of infringements of the authorisation requirement in the authorities and other departments, I think it is important that this should be done.
